Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@boxandboard.co.in with your order details and reason for return.
• Returns may not be accepted for customized, perishable, or clearance sale items.

Return Process

1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
2. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
3. After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank before contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send an email to contact@boxandboard.co.in with your order details and images of the damaged product.
• We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@boxandboard.co.in.
• If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
